विश�व फ�����राफ� दिवस : स�म�तिय�� म�� स���� ��बस�रत पल

839 में सर्वप्रथम फ्रांसीसी वैज्ञानिक लुईस जेकस तथा मेंडे डाग्युरे ने फोटो तत्व को खोजने का दावा किया था। ब्रिटिश वैज्ञानिक विलियम हेनरी फॉक्सटेल बोट ने नेगेटिव-पॉजीटिव प्रोसेस ढूंढ लिया था। 1834 में टेल बॉट ने लाइट सेंसेटिव पेपर का आविष्कार किया जिससे खींचे चित्र को स्थायी रूप में रखने की सुविधा प्राप्त हुई।

फ्रांसीसी वैज्ञानिक आर्गो ने 7 जनवरी 1839 को फ्रेंच अकादमी ऑफ साइंस के लिए एक रिपोर्ट तैयार की। फ्रांस सरकार ने यह प्रोसेस रिपोर्ट खरीदकर उसे आम लोगों के लिए 19 अगस्त 1939 को फ्री घोषित किया। यही कारण है कि 19 अगस्त को विश्व फोटोग्राफी दिवस मनाया जाता है।

इस संसार में प्रकृति ने प्रत्येक प्राणी को जन्म के साथ भी एक कैमरा दिया है जिससे वह संसार की प्रत्येक वस्तु की छवि अपने दिमाग में अंकित करता है। वह कैमरा है उसकी आंख। इस दृष्टि से देखा जाए तो प्रत्येक प्राणी एक फोटोग्राफर है।
